Okay, I am not the best at remembering to do my night time routine. Well, I religiously wash my face and brush my teeth, but sometimes I get so tired (aka lazy) that I cannot do any more than that. BUT. I recently was sent this special eye cream and now that I am .. omfg I cannot say it … almost … 30… AHHH, I have to treat my skin better, specifically my under eye area. I already have baby wrinkles; I like to refer to them as road maps to memories (Not really… I just made that up lol), so, what better time than now to start taking care of my skin.

Here is some background info:     I suffered from terrible cystic acne in my late teens, early 20s and still get the ocassional break out here and there (not cystic anymore, thankfully)     I have semi sensitive skin (semi as in: my skin does wtf it wants when it wants and likes to throw surprises at me. Thanks skin) I have combo normal/oily af skin (also, another big win for my skin lol) Random dry patches around my cheeks and eye area     When I received the cream in the mail, I was pretty skeptical for a couple of reasons:     It came in a super small jar Every cream I have tried in the past didn’t really do much except dry out my skin or irritate it     Didn’t give any kind of result

Right off the bat I was giving the cream a run for its money because of how many times I have been jaded in the past. But … suffice it to say, I was pleasantly surprised and was proven wrong for ever doubting this little guy.

So remember in the beginning when I said I wasn’t the best at sticking to my night-time routine (aka that I get lazy)? Well … I failed to take a before picture (short for: I forgot, got lazy, and I also don’t like taking selfies, sorry!).   Either way, the cream has been doing wonders for the weird dry spots under my eyes, has made them more fuller looking (does that make sense? I guess that would be considered 'hydrated'? I suck at being an adult with weird adult skin). It also has made it softer AND has made my road maps to memories a little softer, too (I refuse to refer to them as 'lines' or worse ... 'wrinkles'. & side note, my gray hairs * gasps * are considered tinsel... THANK.YOU.VERY.MUCH.) Let's get down to the nitty gritty, shall we? -SUPER hydrating - like, when I say 'hydrating', I mean - put the cream on (like the tiniest dab goes a long way) at 8 pm, wake up and your under eye area is still soft and plump (lol) -THE SMELL. We already know how much I love scents - and this one smells so good. It doesn't irritate my skin AT. ALL. It smells as if it should be a really nice, expensive, luscious body lotion you get from the nice section of Bloomies lol (I wouldn't know, I'm not allowed there [basically, I am broke, so I ~* can't *~ go there]).   -I literally wish I can leave this on all day and all night because it feels so good -ABSOLUTELY ZERO irritation. None. Not even a tingle. It's as if I had water on my eyes.   -It actually works. Don't believe me? Try it for yourself.

-Priceyyyyyyyyy - Ok girls and gals, you gotta dig deep for this one. The small jar is $99 (5 ml!). You can buy it here - but they are actually running a promotion where you can buy 2 products for $149. Honestly, the price is steep BUT you will not regret it. This would be the only con - but if you actually add up all of the creams you use currently for the same thing and have used in the past, I can guarantee you it has surpassed the price of this miracle in a jar.   This is literally the only 'con' but I feel bad giving it a 'con' because in all honestly, for what it does and what it is worth, it is totally worth every penny. It's a small jar because you don't need globs and globs of product like other creams. You aren't wasting it, which you can feel better about because you will not have to keep buying and buying more product.   I really don't have much left to say except ...
